The Forum theme is Partnering for Global Health Research Innovation and Impact in Africa – Celebrating EDCTP: two decades and beyond.
This Forum will mark EDCTP’s 20th Anniversary and will be hosted by France. It will be jointly supported by the second EDCTP programme (EDCTP2) and the Global Health EDCTP3 Joint Undertaking (GH EDCTP3 JU).
HNN 3.0 will host a workshop at the EDCTP Forum on Thursday, 9 November, 13:00-13:45 CET.

Horizon Europe: Funding opportunities for your infectious disease research projects and meet the network of European contact points for health to help you
Horizon Europe offers various research funding programmes for health. While the Global Health EDCTP-3 partnership is the main funding tool for global health, many other programmes propose opportunities to support research projects in the area of infectious diseases: Innovative Health Initiative, co-funded partnerships, health cluster, European Innovation Council, etc.
The aim of this workshop is to provide an overview of these different funding opportunities and to present the network of national health contact points (HNN 3.0), whose role is to support and guide researchers towards the funding programmes best suited to their project.
